At Extensions and Lofts we take care of the whole construction prosess from design to completion. We offer a range of options for both loft conversion and home exttension including Velux, Dormer and mansard options for conversions and side extensions, Wrap Around and Rear Extensions for home extentions.
House extension

Adding space to your home with a loft conversion or home extension can increase the value of your home significatly, 15-20% when adding a new bedroom with an en-suite.
LOFT CONVERSION
VELUX
This is the most cost-effective option for a loft conversion, using the existing roof boundaries and making a few alterations like floor strengthening and installation. The Velux conversion doesn't need a lot of building work to transform the space into a clean living space.

If you are looking for more headspace than a traditional Velux option then Dormers can offer you this, normally added to the rear of the house or front with building permission there are many dormer options available to you.

This is the most expansive option available. Named after the French architect Francois Mansart, this option gives the most headspace but comes with the most extensive level of building and with it cost, but this will give you the most amount of space and thus value to your home.
